Reservation & Cancellation Policies
1. Bike my Side prices are per Sidecar ride with Driver and include the usufruct of all the driving equipment (helmets and headsets). Maximum of 2 passengers per Sidecar (one in a sidecar and another in the back seat, behind the driver seat).
2. Unless otherwise indicated, the Bike my Side tours do not include meals, drinks or tastings. Also excludes meals of the driver, personal expenses and entrances.
3. Conditions for Bike my Side customized tours available on request.
4. Advance reservations are recommended and can be secured with a deposit of approximately 60% based on the total amount of your booking – payable by bank transfer. Bike my Side reservations may be modified depending on availability.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Bike my Side reservation up to 3 days before the date of the tour booked and receive the full amount paid. Otherwise, the booking deposit is non-refundable, unless weather conditions make it impossible to ride – in the event of persistent rain, you may cancel the Bike my Side tour on the same day and receive a full refund (however we inform that we have available equipment for the rain).
